Our Process

Consultation
Either fill out our Consultation Form or contact us to discuss what type of jewelry you are looking for. Please include any gemstone you either have or want, what type of metal you prefer, the ring size if you are looking for a ring, your budget, and if you have them, you can email us any images of other pieces you like. We are always happy to provide advice on any of those things if you do not have something specific in mind.

Design
Once we understand what you are looking for, we create a design for you and send you a realistic 3d rendering of the piece.

Revise
Your design can be modified to fit exactly what you want. We want you to be completely satisfied before moving on to manufacturing.

Manufacturing
Once you are satisfied with your design, we send your design file to our caster where they create a wax from the file and use the wax to cast your piece in your choice of metal. We also order any stones or other materials necessary. Then we send that casting (with any stones to be included) to one of our jewelers to have it polished and have any stones set. Once the piece is perfect, if comes back to us. This process takes approximately 3 weeks (backordered stones can prolong this process but does not happen often.)

Once your piece is perfect, we send it to you to enjoy!
